2. Data we receive
You provide data when placing an order or contacting us: name, surname, phone number, products, payment method, city, branch or international delivery address.
The site also processes technical data needed for operation and security. Cart and comparison contents remain in your browser. We do not request or intentionally collect special-category data through these forms.
3. Why we process data
We collect only the data needed for a specific purpose. The main processing activities, legal bases and retention criteria are listed below.

4. Who may receive data
Access is limited to authorised Tentor personnel and providers who need the data for the stated purpose. They may include your chosen carrier (such as Nova Poshta), hosting, database and technical-support providers, and public authorities where disclosure is required by law.
We do not sell personal data. Google receives technical data only when you allow and load the map; for that processing Google acts under its own terms and policy.
5. Processing outside the EU/EEA
The controller operates in Ukraine, so data from EU/EEA users is processed in Ukraine. If we engage a provider that transfers data outside the EEA and GDPR requires safeguards, applicable legal mechanisms and data minimisation will be used.
After your consent, Google Maps may process technical data in different countries. Details and transfer mechanisms are described in Google’s policy.
6. Cookies and browser storage
Here, “cookies” also covers similar technologies such as localStorage. Strictly necessary records operate without consent; external content is enabled only after consent.

7. Security and minimisation
We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to risk, including access restrictions, protected admin sessions, input validation and separation of public and administrative access. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.
8. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have the right to:
- receive information and a copy of your data;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request erasure or restriction where the conditions are met;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive portable data where GDPR provides that right;
- withdraw external-content consent without affecting prior lawful processing;
- complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, a competent EU/EEA authority, or a court.
Email the controller to exercise a right. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect the data. We respond within the time required by applicable law.
The Ukrainian supervisory authority is the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. In the EU/EEA, you may also contact the data-protection authority where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred.
9. Children and policy changes
The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data. An order should be placed by an adult or lawful representative.
We may update this policy when services or laws change. The current date appears at the top. We will request consent again for new optional purposes where required by law.
