Return and exchange period

Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after the buyer receives them. Return delivery is agreed separately.

Conditions for goods of proper quality

The product must be in original packaging, with tags and labels preserved, and without signs of use.

Return procedure

Notify us that you want to return the product, send the waybill number and refund details. After receiving the product, funds are returned within three business days.

Warranty

The warranty period is the time during which a client who finds a defect in the product has the right to require the seller or manufacturer to take measures to eliminate the defect within 14 days. The seller must eliminate defects unless it is proven that they appeared because the buyer violated the rules of use.

When does the warranty start?

  • from the moment the product is handed over to the consumer;
  • if the purchase date cannot be established, the warranty starts from the manufacturing date;
  • for an online-store order, the warranty starts on the delivery date.

Warranty service includes:

  • eliminating product defects;
  • exchange for an equivalent product without extra payment;
  • exchange for a similar product with extra payment;
  • returning the product and transferring funds to the buyer's account.
